RiseUP Scholars
We know that there’s still a long way to go to create greater equity, opportunity, and representation in the advertising and marketing industries. But we also know that there isn’t just one “right way” to do it. So in 2023, we’re raising funds to try something new:
RiseUP Scholars.
Once funded, RiseUP Scholars will be a 6-month, self-paced, professional development program that’s designed to offer more diverse talent the training and support they need to launch successful marketing and advertising careers—with industry-leading courses and 1:1 mentorship delivered on their own schedule, their own terms, and completely free of cost.
Our hope is that this new approach helps make professional opportunities more accessible to everyone, so that we can keep breaking down barriers and accelerating the path toward a more diverse and equitable future—together.
While we can’t predict the timeframe for getting RiseUP Scholars off the ground, we do want to make sure that everyone who’s interested—like you—is the first to know when our new program launches.
